We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in shipping your order.

2. Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping duration is in addition to the processing time. Please contact our store directly if you would like overnight shipping. Available shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)

3. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

4. International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.

6. Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@athenaspaw.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly specify the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your returned item.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the original condition
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Not on sale or a final sale item

7. Damaged Items:
If your order arrives and there is damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Accuracy:
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
